The agenda will include:

   Approval of the March 2011 DBE Committee meeting minutes
   Triennial Strategic Plan (TSP)---volunteers needed to prepare the TSP.
   Using the TRB DBE website to communicate activities and issues
   2012 TRB DBE Committee sessions--topics--Need to two identify topics,
   presenters, and moderators. The 2012 TRB theme is "Transportation:
   Putting Innovation and People to Work.
   Liaison with other TRB Committees
   General information sharing
