Scope: This committee exists to serve as an open forum for all parties involved in Disadvantaged Business Enterprises/Women's Business Enterprises/Minority Business Enterprises (DBE/WBE/MBE) issues in transportation, and to promote transportation innovation and progress by seeking and disseminating information on successful and beneficial strategies associated with administration, implementation and achieving the objectives of DBE/WBE/MBE programs.
